our case was a court case where an officer wrote a citation to a foreign driver with a valid driver's licence because it was not a USA license. They claimed that is what they do when they can not find them in the search when investigating. This seems a little discriminatory and a waste of everyone elses time.

In our experience, he jumped to conclusions without seeing any evidence thus scaring this poor person by telling them they need to return with a lawyer. When the lawyer said it was a simple mistake by the officer to write a citation, to begin with. We found his methods unprofessional and sarcasm demeaning. Eventually, the evidence was looked at by the public council only to be thrown out in court because the evidence proved her innocence. The judge should have apologized for his remarks and prejudgment but he did not.

Couldn't settle a simple D-case costing over $200K in attorney's fees. He is a hot head who is a sucker for crying women. Pretty sure that's sexiest.
