I am writing this scathing review to express my utter dismay and frustration with the abhorrent conduct of Judge Divya K. Sarang in the Kane County, IL court system. My recent experience in her courtroom has left me questioning the integrity of our legal system and her commitment to justice.

First and foremost, Judge Divya K. Sarang demonstrated a shocking disregard for the rights of citizens by blatantly ignoring crucial evidence presented in my mother's case. Despite clear and irrefutable proof that a mortgage was taken out in my mother's name with a forged signature, the judge callously dismissed this crucial information, displaying a complete lack of concern for justice.

Equally distressing was the judge's refusal to allow my mother the opportunity to secure legal representation. When informed of an impending sheriff sale that could have devastating consequences, Judge Divya K. Sarang callously denied her the basic right to seek legal counsel. This egregious denial not only violated fundamental legal principles but also undermined the very essence of a fair and just legal process.

Adding insult to injury, Judge Divya K. Sarang exhibited condescension and rudeness throughout the proceedings. Her dismissive attitude towards my mother and the gravity of the situation further underscores a complete lack of empathy and impartiality. It is evident that she prioritizes the interests of financial institutions over the rights and well-being of ordinary citizens.

I am deeply disturbed by what appears to be a travesty of justice in Kane County, IL, where a judge's actions reflect a troubling pattern of favoritism towards banks and a disconcerting indifference to the plight of the individuals standing before her. This judge lacks the judicial temperament and legal skills to be on the bench. In my opinion she absolutely hates defendants and their lawyers, and shows bias and prejudice related to any defendant. If you have a matter before her, and are a defendant or a lawyer of a defendant-you will be harassed and treated poorly.

She does not allow observers in her courtroom on the ZOOM electronic remote system, even though the local policy does encourage non-litigants, and the general public to access and view the proceedings remotely. She is absolutely the wort judge in this district and lacks the knowledge necessary to be a fair and impartial judge. She refuses to disqualify herself when she is biased against a litigant as required by the Judicial Canons of conduct.

Since assigned to Foreclosure court, she knows nothing about real estate law, registration of mortgages and the $25 billion mortgage fraud settlements. She is opinionated about matters in INDIA and their courts and not Kane County. Issues decisions without any proper information to guide her. Should step down as she is unfit for office.

Failed to approve an emergency order of protection against my stalker. I had to endure another year of stalking because of Judge Divya. Stalker was eventually arrested, ordered to wear EHM. He pled guilty. I now have a lifetime order of protection...thanks to other judges who took me seriously.
