Despite losing my motion I felt I should have easily won, I was extremely impressed by this Judges temperment demeanor and respect for both sides of an argument. Hes a judge and a human being at tbe same time. DuPage should have him give lessons to his associates (3rd floor Custody), who abuse and hurt kids and parents in darkness, because they enjoy enjoy weilding their power unlawfully without subject matter jurisdiction. Judge Tealander is a cut above that crowd for sure without a doubt and I appreciated the respect he showed others, despite the loss of my Motion. Stephen Tracy Beloved Fraudulently Alienated Father Pro Se in 2012MR1074.

His Honor, Brian Telander, fought many years as a stellar prosecutor working his way to Chief of Criminal Prosecutions. After that Judge Telander devoted his talents to representing Defendants in Criminal cases and he did that for years. I can't think of a more balanced approached to Judging than that which Judge Telander brings the People of Du Page County. The finest Judge to serve on the bench for Du Page County. Unequalled in integrity and experience.
