This Judge, whether intentional or not, was bias and demeaning by declaring in open court to the darker Jewish Native American "you are a monster". Whether intentional or not, fail to properly assess the case in entirety to reflect a 360 degrees view of the interested parties 180s. Whether intentional or not fail to listen with all the senses, weights that against what an undignified selfish user's nonsensical lies were based on hatred of men, hatred of darker Americans, hatred of self, the lack thereof to taking responsibilities for self-imposed overindulgence caused disregard for irresponsible greedy lustful actions toward others, as for themselves, when caught, fixed mouths say the trained needed words backed by an ocean of tears, "he raped me" whether out of coercion or scripted lines to conceal their sins, to gain five minutes of empathic fame and to be compensated for their shameless tongues to spew its' deadly venom. Juxtaposed to the insurmountable debt placed on the taxpayers of America, to continue waging this financially back braking criminalizing war on the weak, to house, clothes, feed, transport, provide medical and mental healthcare, to fail to educate, whether intentional or not to ignore reason, defy logic to skip over the time served option to issue these outrageously long 10, 20, 30, (40), 50, 60, 80 years living death sentencings of the darker-skinned American having no prior history of criminal intertwinement to support the fabricated lies or lapse in judgement, the destruction of viable businesses, the loss of generated revenue to the City, County, State, and Federal Govt, the dismantling of the upper-middle class, hundreds of lives negatively affected due to job loss, the philanthropic commitments, the undermining of the American cultural family structure, chivalry, respectability, honor, duty, responsibility, grace, assurance, love of a woman, love of a man, love of one's children, love of one's elders, pride, self-respect, cleanliness, protection of one's family, Military training, services, whether intentional or not, failing to see silence as part of the service-connected disabilities and a gentleman.
