Judge Nardulli may have some ideas that skew his abilities to be unbiased. I have been in several situations with my daughters father where I was not safe. Including him going in and getting a gun. In each situation, he would go to the courthouse and file a RO. I started recording pick up/drop offs, another RO was filed due to this. Nardulli told me to stop. When I asked how I was supposed to protect myself, he told me "to just behave". I am unsure if Judge Nardulli is a sexist or what the bias is but our basis rights are to life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I have great concern for any judge that is this offhanded about a persons safety.

I have never in all my years in the courts seen a judge that was so vindictive, hateful, biased and prejudiced. His actions are a disgrace to the bench.
