As Chief Judge, Michael Brandt failed to address the issues of Judge Michael Risinger's incompetence, bias and racism. Case 10-D-633 went to Brandt for review where it was clear the attorneys committed fraud and coercion and the idiot Risinger did nothing except cover his incompetent butt. When Risinger stated in writing that he bases his decisions for blacks on their dress and attitudes, Brandt transferred Risinger to Pekin when Brandt should have had Risinger removed from the bench. What there aren't any blacks in the Pekin courts? Unconscionable!!
