I notified this Judge on October 30, 2017 with very serious information on a case, and of Judge Alfred L. Levinson, and stated to her of the case, and that there has been made a complaint to Judicial Inquiry Board of him and his Presiding Judge over him. I have even explained to her that there was abuse to the minor child, and to the mother of the child by the Respondent, and that the Respondent ha s made murder threats about my family and about the mother of the child, and that he has custody, and to date, no action has been made on this case, in my opinion she is responsible for the whole court house, and it is her responsibility to investigate the case, so that there is no more harm to the mother or the minor child or any murder actions made to the whole family, I will post my opinion further if I do not see justice in this matter. person of interest in this matter, several Affidavits have been issued to Judge Levinson for the request of the Audio recordings from any and all proceedings from this case and the Probate proceedings, and he did not respond, and he also was submitted a journel of the murder accusations that were stated to the petitioner and another person, to date he has not acted on this. The respondent currently has a active felony and

class a misd. and he has custody of the minor, this case is only in part of all the collusion in this case.

this judge thought that I was harassing my ex by bring an op on him to protect my daughter and myself. she didn't want to see any of the evidence I had, didn't want to hear about how my ex made a false dcfs report on me and that dcfs advised me to keep it open as harassment. she didn't care. there is no justice. none.
