Comments:
• Judges’ display of constant racial “judicial misconduct”, occurring when a judge acts in ways that are considered unethical or otherwise violate the judges’ obligations of impartial conduct.
• Courts/Judges’ violation on all three points A. B. and C. of the Supreme Court Rule 63, which is also known as Canon 3 of the Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct, that specifically requires a trial judge to disqualify himself whenever his impartiality may be reasonably questioned due to his/her personal bias in favor of one of the parties.
• Preconceived bias attitude against the pro-se Plaintiff, through its illegal orders, on above mentioned cases, in violation of Illinois Compiled Statutes 735 ILCS 5 Code of Civil Procedure.

Judge Atkins is well informed and took the time to study the case and understand all sides .
He is a bright spot in the Illinois Judiciary

Comments:
I concur with the other comment. Motion practice has been dragging out a case based on a complaint which was completely false to begin with. He doesn't demand evidence or read related documents etc. The case should have been dismissed for lack of cause of action, that was 2 years ago.

Comments:
He seems to be unclear on the law. He has the facts and history wrong, will not accept correction and allows the other attorney to practice "motion practice".
