Horrible judge that will sentence you 5x more harshly than any of her peers. This woman does not care if you are an educated, productive member of society towing your own weight - she will punish you like you're a convicted felon breaking parole conditions. She WILL ruin your life, and career, with extreme jail sentences that could have easily been carried out with home detention or other - for VICTIMLESS "crimes". This judge needs to be primaried in the next election.

For those that do not get their desired outcome, of course you will give this Judge a negative review. However, see if from the eyes of all the people she has "Protected" by having no leniency on 'abusers' of alcohol. If you care to drink irresponsibly, then stay home where you can't jeopardize lives of others. I give Judge Bardach a '10' because she has seen it all and knows how to handle all the excuses of abusers. Sorry, truth hurts but she is a very WISE judge to say the least.

This woman is crooked and arrogant. She has zero respect for truth, honor or integrity. She will collude with her co-workers in order to effect the predetermined outcome. When you are in her court, forget about the actual law. She personally lied to me three times in the first 30 seconds of our brief conversation. She cannot be trusted as far as she can be thrown. But if you are her buddy, you are good to go.

It’s a misconception that her daughter was killed by a drunk driver. I know someone that worked with her and said that’s untrue. She is a horrible woman who only wants people to suffer for mistakes that many people (unfortunately) make. When all the other judges give 5 days in jail she gives 50. She ruins lives. If you act like you’re sorry she doesn’t care, she only cares about punishment not rehabilitation or really helping anyone.

Sentences people on due to personal loss. Obviously has not forgiven yet. My daughter took a plea that was presented to her as her only option. She was pregnant at this time and prosecutor or judge didnt care. There are other options for her sentence that can be just as severe! I say this that my daughter started having pregnancy problems in jail for her sentence to 6mths. Long story short....letters were sent to her on porblems of pregnancy, several to trips to Hospital, bleeding, contractions, preterm labor, meds not given to her on a timely manner to stop the contractions, End result, water broke at 29wks, delivers baby weighing at 3 lbs. She was released to have baby and than go back to finish jail time. She almost miscarried and did deliver early! there would have been a different outcome if she would have sat in another court room!!!! She needs to be taken off the bench!!!!

Sentences people according to how much money they can get out of you. If you're broke, they don't want you.
If you've got a little money, watch out.
My daughter was arrested in a subdivision on a golf cart after drinking some wine. There was no injuries or damage in any way.
After spending 22 days in jail, she gets 6 months work release and has to pay $600 a month for lodging in the program. She is going to lose her home because of this excessive amount.
If you make under $16 and hour, you only pay $105 a month to stay there. She barely made enough to make ends meet, now she will lose everything.
She is recovering from stage 4 cancer. She currently has a spot in her lung that needs to be monitored. She has a machine that she has to use each night to fight lymphodema that the jailers broke that cost several grand. Such Crap

Biased due to personal loss and practices revenge justice. Seriously unqualified to be a judge. Better title would be a prejudging executioner. Fairness and justice are foreign concepts.
