Much of her caseload is landlord-tenant, and she has an extreme bias in favor of the tenant. If the tenant and landlord have different stories, she believes the tenant even when the tenant has zero documentation and the landlord has pictures, invoices and/or other documentation to support their side. I would not want to be a landlord in Lawrence Township.
