I think it has become evident what kind of judge this man has become...speaking so unprofessional to those employed by the same courthouse he is employed. If only half of the stories are true of this narcissistic, rude, and unapologetic. He believes his feces does not carry an order. We need less judges like him. Power is best left in the hands of those who do not crave it.

I have nothing but respect for Judge Cullins. He is fair and no non-sense individual who will give you the opportunity to prove your case. What people do not understand, when a judge makes a decision, it is based on the information shared by the agency providing the information. I have seen him speak one on one with individuals about their character and his hopes and wishes for them. He is not to slap someone on the hand and say, "Now you be good". Come on people, do what is expected or deal with the consequences.

Judge Cullins is an absolutely terrible Judge. The way that he treats Pro-se litigants is absolutely terrible. I have spoken with several local attorneys who have revaeled that he has stated numerous times that he HATES Pro-se litigants.

How in the world can you possibly send a 10 year old girl back to the house where she was RAPED? The pervert was found guilty and you STILL send this fragile life back into the cage that nearly destroyed her. How sir, do you sleep at night? Her father (whos step-son is the one who raped her) broke the previous court order MULTIPLE times and with NO punishment. NO penalty NO nothing. He has proved time and time again in your courtroom that he has no regard for the laws and the system. You Knowing this and acknowledging it and in the same day, tell us SHE has to return to the house for his visitation. You are a coward and a horrible face for our judicial system. Shame on you!
