He was irreational, was extremely biased because I was from out of state, told me if I wanted to be a good father I would move to Maine? My job, huge family everything is in NC. My child has no family in Maine but is stuck there because of him. She lives with a 65 plus woman that runs a foster home for troubled teens, has been sexualy molested twice (proved by SBI) and lives in this awful place because of Dow. I have NEVER been in trouble, own my own home, work in the IT industrie with top government clearnce, yet Dow made it impossible for me to see daughter unless I travel to the County, I go at least 2-3 times a year I make a good living and it kills me to see the standard she has to live in, the lady collects AFDC from DHHS food stamps and medicaid. She uses my daughter for profit, she has never held a regualr job, just the foster care thing so she has no benefits because she claims almost zero income, it is "exempt" with my daughter she collects medicaid as Dow also gave her Defacto Parent rights, which was a lie, this child was NEVER abandonded in fact was living with me when he awarded it, he ordered me to return her to Maine to that woman where I have fought for about 10 years, I have spent thousands and she has been found guilty of contempt yet still she holds the child away from her natuaral family. It's like a bad movie.

Awful, he enabled the state of Maine to abduct a child from a loving family. The story is news worthy. I first feel the need to say, I have NEVER been in any toruble, work in IT industry with top clearence, own my own home. I live in the foothills of NC where I was born and my very large family lives. I fathered a daughter as a teen in Mars Hill, ME. The teen mother lived in a high risk foster home. I thought I could save her, I was young. She sadly went down the road of drugs. I have never been involved with drugs or drink. My dauther is now 12, Dow started years of unmentional stress and sadness to our family, not to mention thousands in legal costs. The foster mother where my teen girlfriend , lied and said my daughter was abonded and filed for Defacto Parent, this while I had my daughter in NC and Dow gave it to her? She was never abandoned we have pictures of her with our family since birth, holidays, birthdays, camping trips, prior to leaving Maine she lived with her mom and then foster mom about a mile away I saw her daily as a young child. Dow would not even look at pictures and let the lady lie, it has been proven in court my daughter suffered sexual abuse twice in her care. Now she is 12 and I am still fighting, have court shortly but after years of failed attempts don't know where to turn. This lady uses my child for AFDC, food stamps everything she can get, each time we go to court they give her more child support. SHe has been held in contempt and is filed again waiting for date. She is in mid 60's and that's just the tip of iceburg too much for one email. I am only allowed to see her when I can take time to travel to Nortern Maine, I pay for all travel and cannot take her out of state, her grandparents and extend family have been robbed and she has to live the life of a popper because of this wicked lady and Dow's poor judgment, Dow told me if I was a good parent I would just move to Maine. Biased much? The child has had to live in a foster care invoremnet with troubled teens in a house about 900 sqft , she tells me sometimes she can't sleep beause of screaming, she complains of no food in the house, for Xmas she asked for her own refriderator because they eat all her food. Her greatgrandmother sent her a dorm pink one. She has no blood relations in Maine only the wicked woman who has friends with DHHS through her Foster program where she has quite the scam going and has gotten away with for 20 plus years. I have proof of all in this email and then some. Dow said things off record and his mind was made up before we even sat down. It was like being in another country the lack of justice and ongoing is insane.
