Judge Budd (while sitting at the Newport District Court) not only fabricated evidence in my case (later proven false by my professional licensing board as he put my career in jeopardy), he intentionally misrepresented the facts presented during trial, ignored and blatantly violated State and Federal law in making his ruling, ignored evidence of misconduct of the GAL (admitted by the GAL in court), ignored evidence of emotional abuse by mental health professionals in addressing child custody, and has refused to recuse himself from further proceedings in the case. Judge Budd should not be sitting on the bench.
