The Maryland Commission on Judicial Disabilities ("Commission") is an independent body with the power to investigate complaints against Maryland judges and, when warranted, conduct hearings concerning such complaints and take certain actions or make recommendations for other actions to the Court of Appeals. As a civil litigant (defendant), I find judge Stephen J. Baker to be like most other lawyers in black dresses, who are put up on an artificial pedestal... nearly useless and not worthy of the esteem they so desperately seek!

I only gave him a "1" because "0" wasn't an option (but he is a "zero" in his profession).
