In my opinion, Jude Debra Dwyer did not have the experience to be a Family Law Judge. If you have her as a Judge, prepare to go to Appeals court in case she makes a decision without taking into account the law, case law. She is not predictable.

An obvious political appointee to give the governor points for “inclusiveness.” One better suited as a torturer at Abu Ghraib than one with the impartiality needed as a Circuit Court judge. Make no mistake about it – as she most openly promoted at the recent meet & greet the sitting judges running for election – A militant lesbian with an ax to grind.
Woe unto those who Dwyer may suspect of recognizing a higher authority than a government appointed judge.

Was fair on some points but criticized my disability in open court. This judge also has no idea of drug addiction. She ruled that the plaintiff who has been taken a prescription for 10 years won't know what their dosage was, which is a class 2 drug. She also doesn't understand the cost of running a business, specially in Montgomery County.
