~Listen when I say that this judge along with most Montgomery County judges [Redacted by Ed.] When it comes to family law, nothing is an emergency, nothing is a threat, nothing is of issue. These clowns are brough in the judicial system and sit nice and comfy on their bench with no cares to give! If you can avoid litigation in this county do it. Jill R. Cummins is another one! A "woke" judge...Vote based on emotions and feelings and not the law.

Harry storm has a chilling video online where he admits he had to cheat to get into the University of Baltimore law school because his grades were not all that good and his board scores (LSAT) were terrible. After being rejected in 1976 he went to the admissions director who told him why he was rejected but later later let him in ahead of better qualitied applicants as a personal favor. Harry Storm thinks law is about personality and not impartiality and what the law states. To get this dummy to follow the law is impossible as he will make up his own.

Total corporate heartless man. Sees everything through corporate eyes. Young men dying on a job are replaceable and are considered throwaways to him. We did not get our day in court it stripped that right from us. No justice for our family.
He is to biased for public court. Makes up his own mind instead of seeing the evidence, Shameful.

Excellent. Had great patience with insulting know it all con artist to whom I unfortunately had rented a home and who claims inability to pay courts and routinely takes losses to Circuit Court.

Thought judge came to court well prepared, allowed for con artist’s late arrival and made sensible decision.

I like Storm as a person and as a Criminal Judge. But, with regards to PI, the insurance industry controls him. I almost wanted to give him 1s. He defers to insurance lawyers almost as if he's employed by them. Very disheartening. Not at all even handed.

He continually does not listen to the evidence..once he has made up his mind on a case.. new evidence that may point to the possibility that he is wrong.. he just won't pay mind to... he will keep ruling in favor of who he has decided is right.. His rulings have made life so difficult to live for my daughter, a nurse who's only crime was to fall in love with a heroin addict who kept it from her as his family did also.. this judge refuses to acknowledge what her ex and his family and lawyer are doing to her.. they want to break her financially and emotionally with the hope of the father a heroin user of 15 yrs gets custody of the child. This judge REFUSES to see that the culprit of all the problems she has is her ex's unwillingness and plain vengeance to purposely NOT communicate with her in a civil manner to seek the best interests of the child. With overwhelming evidence to show this is true, this Judge just won't budge to be fair to my daughter.

I came to this site to criticize another judge. I figured I'd be fair and praise this judge since he deserves it.
Possibly the best demeanor I've ever seen in a MoCo judge.
Even when I disagree with his rulings I don't think they are unreasonable, he just saw things differently.
Is very pleasant to try a case in front of, which of course makes the whole experience less stressful for everyone.
