Not sure how he qualified to be a Judge. While he was in private practice, he proved to be one who held a grudge against attorneys. He appears to simply be politically aligned more than qualified to be a Judge. After losing his circuit court judgeship, the governor reserved a spot for him on district court. That is how crooked the system and governor are. More than qualified candidates were disregarded. Now he has problems doing his job because he is mad at the world for losing his circuit court judgeship, rightfully so, to Judge Ingrid Turner.

Last I was before Judge Nyce, it was evident he did not understand the Rules of Evidence, or Criminal Procedure.

He is extremely unfair when it comes to hearing both sides of parties He does not look into all the evidence before making a ruling. He has destroyed innocent people lives.
