Very threatening to put anyone behind bars. Extremely bias only cared about the plaintiff and not the defendents side. Violated the due process clause many times.

Nicest guy in the world, but leans for far in favor of the defendant in mental health court that you might as well not appear. I do not have confidence in his understanding of complex legal issues.
