Judge McKenna did not take into account the amount of proved perjury the respondant in a peace order committed. The perjury occurred on the written request for a peace order and in the court room. All accounts were proven. There was multiple pieces of video evidence of perjury which he did not request to see from the defendant. However, he did request to see the one picture the respondant had of the defendant. He was yawning and uninterested in any testimony from the defendant and their witness. There was no proof presented which would warrant the issue of a peace order. There was no proof the alledged incident occured. However, Judge McKenna issued a peace order against the defendant, who has a clean record and had a witness, based on one picture the respondant took of the defendant giving the middle finger. Judge McKenna violated the defendant's right to freedom of speech and granted a peace order to an individual who has a history of domestic violence, currently has a proctective order and pending criminal charges. He is another judge who is revictimizing innocent citizens and allowing the perpetrators to continue to abuse their victims and the court system.

He [redacted] did even give my family member a chance of having bail. Didn’t care about his background. Has a terrible attitude and deserves to be pulled of his duties

If you get this judge, bc you won't know until that day, you need to suddenly have explosive diarrhea and request continuance. Trust me. He needs to retire.

Read the reviews on this character. They speak the truth. Not only does this judge not know basic Maryland law, he is chauvinistic. I'm a pro se litigant, other party was represented by male counsel. Counsel objected four times and was given the chance to explain his objection, all of which were overruled. I'm a female. I objected to one thing and he scolded me saying that we don't interrupt when someone else is talking. Like I was a child who didn't wait her turn. If you get this nutjob, don't give up ALL hope, but let go of the vast majority of what you had before you drew the unlucky judge.

If you are a plaintiff with a lawyer, you have it made! He does not take time to review the evidence and doesn’t care. Arrogant and dismissive. If he runs for office in 2022, please vote against him.

Very unfair, biased, and illogical. This judge ignored real valid evidence and sided with teenaged friends who conspired to lie together. Very poor representation of what the justice system should be.

This judge's lack of understanding of the law, current events, and the county he serves in is appalling. He loses his cool and is incredibly arrogant on the bench. Worst judge on Anne Arundel District Court bench.

Had him for domestic P.O. He seemed to want to find a way to enter it no matter the lack of evidence. Not bright. Not attentive. Not a good judge at all!! Avoid him at all costs in domestic issues as he is inapt. Appeal!!!

I went before this judge on a civil matter. He did not follow the law at all. My lawyer was appalled at the outcome, and was speechless at this judge's inability.
