Civil Litigation - Govt.

Comment #: MD9015
Rating:8.9
Comments:
Very well prepared and reads and reviews pleadings and the details of pleadings. Not afraid to rule on dispositive motions based upon the law and pays attention to details. Whether you agree with his decision or not, he articulates his reasons and there is law to support his decision.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD7837
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Very limited understanding of the law and apparently uninterested. Should not be on the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD7620
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Completely uninformed, inexperienced, unprepared. If I could rate a zero I would - another one who really should not be on the bench

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD7404
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Pathetic - should not be on the bench

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD6807
Rating:1.0
Comments:
Did not bother to read the motions and supporting exhibits. New judge with an inadequate understanding of the law.

Comment #: MD6418
Rating:1.0
Comments:
His rulings in my case were quickly everturned on appeal for their obviously flawed legal reasoning.I didn't feel I received a just or comprehensive hearing from his court

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD6164
Rating:9.7
Comments:
I defended a complicated appeal of a District Ct judgment before him. I was very pleased to find that Judge Geller had read the transcript, briefs as well as the cases cited by each side AND had found other other cases which spoke to the issue.

smart, fair, discerning.

Other

Comment #: MD5838
Rating:10.0
Comments:
excellent/ finally helped someone achieve justice after nearly 4 years..ruled fairly and justly...partially restored my faith in the system and the possibility for an impoverished person who was greatly wronged to attain justice through the system... as administered by an intelligent judge

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD5573
Rating:9.6
Comments:
He read everything and was very prepared. He let everyone make their record and was very patient.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MD4325
Rating:2.3
Comments:
Had not read the documents filed. Was heavily biased toward defendant in civil case. It was apparent that his decision was made based on bias, and not the merits any argument. If you represent a plaintiff in a civil case, do not expect a fair hearing from this judge.
