This dishonorable judge needs to be recalled. She is single-handedly increasing the already dangerous conditions of the state of Maryland with one inept decision after another. Her & Mosby are absolute useful idiots in the Soros stable of minions.

Judge Phinn was extremely well prepared for my case. She had obviously done many hours of preparation and reading. She knew the case forward and back. Her rulings were fair and she was respectful of counsel for both sides.

So, this judge ruled that merely believing Officer Bolger was doing the right thing by slitting Nala's throat was good enough for his acquittal. Indeed, his own comments about "gutting" this dog was apparently lost on her. She must believe that slitting a dog's throat isn't at all heinous. What a disgrace to the bench she is.

This Judge should be thrown off the bench. She is a disgrace to human decency. The cop that slit an innocent, scared dogs throat should have been found guilty plain and simple. Get this callous pathetic excuse for a woman FIRED NOW!!

There must be something seriously wrong with this Judge to let a dirty cop slit and kill a dog and be found not guilty. I will do everything in my power, join every effort to get this Judge off the bench!!
