Well her promotion only proves the system promotes incompetence. I simply cannot believe she got her current appointment. She is one of if not the worst judges in Harford County. She was appointed by Malley I believe. Her spot should be put up for a vote by the Citizens of Harford County because she needs to go.

This judge has major issues with being persuaded against the defendant and not providing fair oversight. Her past affiliation with the States Attorney Office is problematic at best. She is incapable of judging the case on its merits and is significantly influenced by the prosecutor.

Judge Curtin is easily biased based on hearsay. She regularly entertains ex-parte communications. She is typically siding with the States Attorney as she was a former prosecutor. She has no business being on the bench.

Judge Curtin has much to learn about hearing both sides of the story and ruling fairly. She is easily biased by the government against defendants and their rights. Very unimpressed that she entertains ex-parte communications and then will not admit she is wrong and recuse herself from the case.
