Very bias should never be allowed to sit in family court.

He is biased on Family Court matters when it involves a child. He is discriminatory when the case involves a pro se father.

Comments:
He presided over my divorce case. I showed up late because of medical reasons and he was not concerned about my welfare of the father. The first thing he stated in court was that he didn't care what my reasons were.

He acted harshly and with a high degree of bias and prejudice. He insulted me, the father, implied that I was a criminal despite the overwhelming evidence proving otherwise. He ruled based on his prejudice that plaintiff was a criminal even though evidence proving otherwise was submitted.

It was not a fair hearing, I knew I had lost the moment he addressed me when I walked into court. He showed absolute contempt for me as a father.

An absolute pleasure to have a fair minded professional who has great instincts. His questions were helpful and regardless of the outcome, my client felt like he was treated fairly.

Not a fan of judges that interject too many times in asking questions to witnesses. Judges should call balls and strikes. Let the lawyers play the game.

I wish every member of this bench acted as well as Judge DiPietro. You could not ask for a better draw to give a fair hearing on complex issues.
