Doesn't know domestic or evidentiary law, uses threats of contempt to silence legal objections to her inquisition on protected matters, very abrupt when not being rude.

Judge Murdock was one of only two judges in the Baltimore Circuit who were willing to take on Attorney Thomas Dore and his gang of thieves, who ran a foreclosure RICO operation in Maryland. Other judges just looked the other way.

Translated this means she is a dangerous activist judge who distorts, misinterprets and misapplies the law and should be treated as such, which means removed from th bench forthwith. Also, a hypocrite. Lambastes attorneys for being late but was regularly reprimanded by her former supervisor as an attorney for chronic tardiness, often arriving to the office 1 1/2 hours late with her hair still wet from the shower. She thinks we have forgotten, but we know who she really is, an insecure small minded hypocrite who treats others badly and suffers from black robe disease.

I really hate to say this, but Murdock is a solid judge. She's fair, intelligent and works hard. On the other hand, she is by far the most unpleasant judge to appear before in this State (shares this honor with Wanda Heard, Alfred Nance, Sherrie Krauser and Judith Ensor). If you let her smell blood, get ready to bend over and take it. Always show up prepared or she will destroy your soul.

Judge Murdock is a biased judge who is more concerned about getting people that she knows the verdict that she wants. I observed her go to an opposed party, with whom she was familiar with the lawyer, over someone who was not represented, yet had all the evidence and witnesses for a vicious crime against her. I knew it was going to go bad from her from the start when her face lite up seeing the defendant's lawyer and she greeted her excitingly. The justice system fails by still employing this woman. And for the positive reviews on the bottom, you probably feel that way because you are one of the lawyers she tends to favor.

Judge Murdock is precisely the type of judge that causes people to have a lack of respect for and lack of faith in the judicial system. She is an intolerant bully who, because she has a black robe, thinks she is much smarter than she actually is. I am not certain who the people are who wrote the positive reviews. The fact is that this judge is universally held in low regard.

This Judge is in love with being a judge. She is not very smart, but thinks she is-the most dangerous type of judge. She made a ridiculous ruling in our case and was overturned on appeal by the CSA. Very stubborn even when the law is laid out in front of her.

My only appearance before Judge Murdock involved my clients' oppositions to Motions to Dismiss filed by multiple defendants. Judge Murdock issued a well-reasoned decision to dismiss some counts while granting leave to amend others. Counsels for all parties agreed that she had made a proper ruling.

Judge Murdock is an exceptionally scholarly judge. She is hardworking, formal, punctual, and most of all well-prepared. Her intelligence combined with her background in private civil litigation makes her one of the best judges for handling complex legal issues. She is also an experienced criminal attorney (prosecution and defense). Her decisions in all matters are very fair and on target.

I have appeared before Judge Murdock on numerous occasions. I have also appeared before numerous other judges throughout the State. Judge Murdock is one of the most prepared and intelligent judges in the State. She is willing to rule on the law even when such an opinion may be unpopular or controversial.
