I've been dealing with this clown for more than a few years for a divorce/custody matter. He is easily summed up as "incompetent". He doesn't read any exhibits you give him and sits behind the bench looking like a confused little boy. Needless to say, this guy only got his position from nepotism. The entire court in Macomb is a good ole' boys club filled with corruption. Not a smart man what so ever. He must hate his job because he refuses to due any duties associated to it. If you need someone to admit to shaking down the disabled, or if you need a judge that allows motions in limine in order to circumvent the federal law that applies to any case, this is your crook. Evidence? Facts? Nonsense! Good ole matt will help you incarcerate just about anyone with materially false comments that clearly obliterate the rule of law at 18 USC 1001A3. But hey, who cares?
