Judge Vitale exhibits a "good ol' boy" attitude with respect to cases in his court. He is condescending, rude, and arrogant, and he decides ahead of time how a case should turn out, and then he bullies attorneys to get that specific result. I have been an attorney for 19 years, and I have never seen a sitting judge treat attorneys as disrespectfully as he does.
