She must be a doppelgänger of Marge Bakker. The two reviews below describe Zuzich-Bakker to a TEE! What is it with these family court judges? It’s time to limit their powers (can you say TYRANNY) and hold them accountable! Too many lives...children, fathers AND mothers...are being irrevocably broken by these cretins in crow’s costumes!

Dishonorable Linda Hallmark does NOT follow law. She consistently favors the abusor & removes children from loving parents. She purposely ignored evidence that proved the abusor submitted falsified evidence in support of false allegations against loving parent. She also called on a "witness" to "prove" that kids couldn't be with loving parent. That "witness" came out of HER CHAMBERS & then proceeded to give false testimony against loving parent so that the Judge could continue to VIOLATE her rights. She destroyed innocent children who were longing for their loving parent just to feed her EGO & LUST FOR POWER. She needs to be disbarred & de-robed yet she seems to be able to get away with commiting crimes against innocent defenseless litigants.

As an advocate for parents and children of domestic abuse, I find Linda S. Hallmark's treatment of litigants in her court room despicable. I have collected and verified information on eleven cases, so far, where LindaHallmark and her Friend of the Court team have removed children from the care of a protective parent and placed them in the custody of an abusive parent. I have witnessed Judge Hallmark berate a parent for taking every, proper step (to the letter of what child advocates are trained to do when a child discloses abuse) when the parent believed the child was being abused by the other parent, discredit the litigant's experience of domestic violence and abuse despite a conviction and admission by the abuser, and placed the protective parent on supervised visits at the discretion of the abusive parent. There is documented child abuse (cps), domestic violence (district court), and substance abuse (probation department) by the parent who was awarded sole physical and legal custody. The protective parent has no history of abuse or substance abuse, and worked at an accredited children's camp but was removed from the children's lives cold turkey. This is a "mild" case from Hallmark's court. Another involves custody awarded to a parent whose new spouse is a convicted, registered, child molester.
