Judge Elder does not give fathers the benefit of the doubt. I do not believe she is fair. We have been in that court room on two separate occasions. We ended up paying the plaintiffs fees because they said we had more money, but she never looked into budget. She just ruled based on hear say. There is no justice in this system. Our child will be receiving lower education for the rest of his child and teen years simply because the mom doesn't want to drive. The judge found that exceptable. It's such a shame. He had a chance to have a great education and a wonderful opportunity in life. Sincerely, disappointed in the judicial system.
