Judge Noe shows very little, if any, consideration for the best interest of the children. She was appointed not voted in. She remains a real threat and menace to all the families in Lenawee County. Transcripts reveal her complete inadvertence to the facts, her incompetence and willfulness to deprive families of just and equitable orders.

This judge should be removed from the bench, she is ignoring established law, she is not showing impartiality, she wants to return a child to a parent who at the time, does not have overnight visitation rights, nor has she completed cps screening. We need judges who follow the law, not make it up as she goes.

I rate this judge a -10, if that is possible. I find her abuse of power, in the situation regarding Matthew Hindes, and her refusal to give him his due rights under the SCRA, is appalling, and show she is NOT impartial, but allowing the desires of the ex wife, to sway her decisions. Her discarding the SCRA, gives the exwife, and mother (who LOT custody) the advantage, in that the father does not get to have his side heard. She should be REMOVED from this case, and should be reviewed for her ability to be impartial.

She is clearly short sighted... has no affection for the very people who defend her and her freedom everyday. She is breaking the statute already imposed, just making things up as she feels fit with no accountability or remorse. How does someone as vile as her become a Judge? It is because not only does power corrupt, the corrupt crave power and seek it out. The people must strip some of the power away, the people must humble these sort of Judges and people. In days of old we would just go to her house with torches drag her out and jail her and/or simply put an end to her outlandish, unjustified decision. Today we can't though stories like this at times I can understand why people were as barbaric as they were, But in todays world we can simply only protest and hope our cries will be heard. It is become a very sad world indeed.

To think about railroading an active duty member and taking their child away while they are on active duty just reeks of insensitivity.....maybe she's just one of those men hating female Judges.....BUT to threaten to send a child back to their abuser is just plain incompetence and criminal!!!!

We are a country of laws. The Servicemembers Relief Act is one of them. Your ruling in the Hindes case is not only against the law, but is not in the best interest of the child. There's a reason she was removed from her biological mother's care. With full, permanent custody of his daughter, Officer HIndes has the right and responsibility to decide who's best able to properly care for his child during his deployment. What message are you sending to our servicemen and women while they're protecting our nation - that, in their absence, we can take their kids away from them? If you cannot adjudicate fairly and in concert with the laws of this country, you should step down.

What this judge is doing is not only immoral but illegal. Judges are to rule by the laws not their "feelings". With her train of thought then any parent who works is not worthy of their children because we are not home. Would she prefer we all sit at home and draw welfare? This is a disgrace to our judicial system.

A comment was made regarding what the judge 'thinks is best' in the Hindes child custody case. This is not the issue at present. The issue is her refusing to obey the LAW - The Servicemembers Relief Act. Judge Noe, if you can't follow the law instead of what YOU think, then you should step down immediately because you have no business ruling on matters of the law when you can't follow it yourself.
