One of my daughters dared to break her "father's ban against me" to visit me on Mothers Day, although she won't take pictures with me or let me take pictures of her because she and her sister are strictly prohibited from even speaking to me without being in his God Awful presence. Whatever or whoever he paid off for this obvious miscarriage of justice, I will pay double.

I believe Judge Hegarty is an honorable man who understands the importance of mothers, especially the importance of this mom and her daughters. I also think he is funny and other things.

Unbelievably and unforgivingly masochistic and unfair to victimized parents and spouses. I can't believe the mom-shaming, I have seen this man seemingly romance the men in the courtroom while bringing women to tears. He has treated 10 year olds cruelly, and has gone against the best interest of the children dispite their tears and begging him not to place them with a particular parent. If he becomes your judge, RUN FOR THE HILLS! Find any way to get him off of your case, especially if you are a woman. Treats women with incredible disrespect and arrogance - even the female attorneys. This man should have never been appointed to the bench.
