Qiana Lillard is an excellent judge. She knows how to bring respect in court. She wants to make sure that everyone in her courtroom are serious and understanding of law and order. She would not tolerate any jokes, laughs, and/or mocking on the victims During the sentencing hearing of a drunk driver, the woman, the mother of the drunk driver, was laughing at the other woman who was making a victim impact statement. Judge Lillard notice the laughing, so she ordered her bailiffs to arrest her and taken to the county jail for criminal contempt of court where she will spend 93 days there. Well done, Judge Lillard. Thank you for standing up for the DUI victims and their family members.
