Hon. Daniel A. O'Brien (Oakland) This judge has allowed an attorney like County Public Administrator (CPA) Thomas Brennan Fraser (2005-2019) (he no longer is working for the State as a CPA - he was removed by Dana Nessel on 8-23-19 due to the numerous complaints filed during the Elder Abuse Listening Tour) to harm many families who owe real estate in Oakland County. Between 2012-2024 (and probably 2025) - this Judge is allowing Fraser and his Attorney Joseph Ehrlich to violate many court rules and laws. The John Stirling White Estate has The Winery at 31505 Grand River Avenue in Farmington in Fraser’s portfolio to protect and preserve as a co-trustee and sole personal representative! Have you seen what he has done to this estate? The family business? As he does not pay the property taxes as the special fiduciary - court ordered - to monitor the finances of this estate! OBrien did not mandate this attorney to file his annual accounting - with his proofs - as far back as 2013 and now the estate has been wasted and dissipated. OBrien likes to call people out in the gallery if they file complaints on him and he permits perjury by lawyers. I have witnessed him not mandate evidence, affidavits or truthful legal statements to be put on the record. Hon. Lisa Langton (Oakland) Lisa Langton’s negative reputation is well known by the legal community in Oakland County. She was formerly a court administrator and therefore, from my experience and what I’ve been told, does not have a solid understanding of the law. The legal community also speaks freely about her bias against women. I am also told she is one of the worst judges in public opinion that currently sits on the family court bench. Hon. L. Suzanne Geddis (Livingston) [Redacted by Ed.]She never knows why we are in court, never reads or takes notes. Never looks at transcripts from previous dates. Stretching my divorce out for going on 4 years with no kids. Its only about my property, and puting me in a poor house. She ignores evidence as if she never saw anything, ignores property already taken and put in storage when ex returned. Ignores court rules, makes threats, and judges based on accusations with no proof. She is an ex prosecutor and was totally biased when she saw pictures of marijuana plants that were well within legal limits in our state. She has cost me my retirement and now wants me to pay spousal support with my inheritance money, I am waiting for my social security disability due to a severe vascular disease. I also have to pay ex 1/2 of the money that was in the bank in Nov. 2020, the same money i was ordered to maintain status quo. Every penny of that money was paid on bills. The kicker is my ex received the exact same amount from unemployment as I did, mine paid bills, with proof, her money she spent on who knows what. Hon. Christopher D. Dingell (Wayne) This judge went my entire case with the goal of reunification, for 18 months. I did the classes, several times actually. At the last few court dates my biological mother whim my child was placed with, was pushing for TPR. She'd been having conversations with anyone that would listen & convincing them that this is what needed to happen. She was the driving force of my entire case & I truly believe that Judge Dingell wouldn't have terminated my rights if my mother wasn't allowed to manipulate & be involved in the case. It wasn't her case she shouldn't have been. However I will say this, the last thing I remember Judge Dingell saying was "I do not wish to terminate anyone's rights but your mother is standing here pushing to adopt your child who has been with her for a year & a half." The entire case I kept trying to speak up for my own rights & was continuously convinced I had none. I didn't hurt or neglect my child. I had depression going through a divorce. Hon. Christopher D. Dingell (Wayne) This judge is good in one and only one aspect of his rullings, he's not TPR happy and really does resist the urge of literally the whole CPS machine to TPR people. Other than that he does absolutely nothing to address issues with cases. He demands nothing from CPS and worse still inforces nothing nor does he discipline CPS officials or parental attorneys for not following his orders or the rule of law.
