After witnessing a case presided by Margaret Daly on April 15th, I strongly believe she is unfit to preside over cases involving the welfare of children. It was openly discussed that relationship with the mother was used as punishment and motivation by the girls father. The fact that evidence and testimonies weren't allowed for Ms sterlings side she was presenting showed a strong bias by the judge against Ms sterling. It was apparent the judge had made up her mind before the session had begun.

This judge is NOT SAFE!!! This Dishonorable Judge supports children being kept from a safe parent. After being removed from a meth using mother, the father(and him has his own home) was not given the child. Instead, this judge is encouraging the continuing Kids For Cash mentality of keeping the kids in the system, unprotected with foster parents that demean and degrade the father to the child. By all legal standards the Father should have been awarded custody immediately. This judge does not practice the law as it is written, this judge has a God complex where she believes she can decipher any law to fit her scope. This case that I Court watched, was judicial corruption at its finest.

We are Watching.

On April 15th 2021, I witnessed Judge Daly openly allow a child to remain with a child abuser. The court addressed the child running away, being confronted by her abuser and forced back home. The Judge allows the abuser to continue to physically and sexually abuse the child well adding that she commented him for “dealing with the accusations” and forcing the child to remain in his care. This disgrace of a judge demeaned the mother for having other children, for trying to protect her daughter, for being a foster child, and for reporting when her daughter would tell her about the abuse both physical and sexual. This is a clear kids for cash case. This Dishonerable Judge is exactly what is wrong with our judicial system. When the example of the child shaking on the ground during the discussions regarding the “family dynamics” is addressed it is very clear where the abuse lies, when she is pleading for her mother, it makes it very clear the child is in distress. For this Judge to believe this is how the American People want their courts ran, she must be out of her mind. It is of the upmost importance that this case and all influences regarding Margaret A Daly be investigated immediately. I would be certain in saying this individual is obstructing the human rights of this child and family.

She is a biased judge who is clearly only in it for the money over the sterling vs. Boyd case she sits there telling ms sterling all of her answers and comment are irrelevant after being asked those questions by her lawyer it’s very sad that there’s no where for the parents and children to turn now a days this judge has made it very clear that the tystem is Corrupt

Attended a family law case in the second week of April in the Hennepin County 4th District Court with Judge Daly presiding.

The case involved sexual abuse of a minor to a father having a known criminal record that currently has full custody of his teenage daughter. The child in question was not even permitted by Judge Daly to testify on her own behalf. Only the testimony of the defendant and his counsel as well as the GAL.

The hearing involved very sensitive details which were deliberately and with malice excluded by Judge Daly including permitting any testimony and witnesses on the plaintiff's behalf that involved the biological mother, other family members and relatives, friends and police which the Judge would not permit that could have corroborated the child's abuse allegations.

In all my years of appearing in public court hearings and trials which is over 30 years, I have never witnessed a Judge so biased in a case where a child's safety and future well being was at stake. In all candor, not only was Judge Daly's level of bias reckless given the allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. It was in fact criminal given the obligations and duties that a Judge must obey at all costs in the protection of a child in such a matter.

An investigation into Judge Daly's retention by the 4th District Court of Minnesota is not only warranted, but should also include strong consideration for impeachment.

Pro-Se Litigant before Judge Daly. She had out of court communication with the other party (which she admitted to). She was biased, I was held to a different standard of law than the other party. Judge Daly told me that raising my mixed-race children in their African American culture is not relevant to the Best Interest Standard. She also limited my parenting time to below the State custody guidelines. I am being TPR'd but denied a hearing in juvenile court. I have a squeaky clean background. No allegations against me. Working in the public 10+ years. This is what I mean by biased. The other party - lengthy criminal history, history of addiction, abuse allegations, and diagnosed by the court eval as having an anti-social personality disorder. The hearing only lasted 10 min.. that is how fast it took for Judge Daly to rule against me. She also told me, basically, don't come back because I will not ever give you additional parenting time with your child or custodial rights. She also tried to assert her opinion into the record (bias). When I offered evidence, and documentation, Judge Daly said she would not accept it from me.
