Judge Hall was very angry at the defendant and therefore shortchanged the Plaintiff in his testimony. The Judge ruled for the Plaintiff on the day of the hearing and then did a total turnaround and found for the Defendant the very next day in an amended judgement. She was rude and very unprofessional. Judges are supposed to make sound decisions and give both parties a fair chance to present their cases. I felt Judge Hall's anger clouded her judgement and she was confused about the facts presented. I would appeal the case, but I do not want to pay another $300+ for the filing. I give her a 1 as a rating and would avoid her court if at all possible.
