I had subpoenaed a friend/co-worker of Judge Schendt, who also happened to be a county attorney. He appeared but refused to come to stand when called by me, and she refused to let him testify for no reason. He was there and had info vital to my case but did not want to testify so she let him get away with it. I have recorded his reasoning as to why he did not have to testify, and he states he was "doing well." He was legally subpoenaed and should have been made to testify. I also was told by Judge Schendt that she didn't normally allow witnesses in small claims or evidence or subpoenas. She gave no reason for this before, during, or after trial. Lost my case because she tampered with my witness and my evidence. If a negative review is available, then that is what she deserves.
