Hon Judge Doherty ruined my child's life. She listened to the ex make up lies and believed him even though I submitted hundreds of pages of actual documentation and evidence to the contrary. He never had to provide proof of anything from allegations to financial, while I did everything ordered. She forced visitation against 3 court ordered psychiatrist recommendations and with domestic violence history. Now my child has a life threatening condition due to the extreme stress of that forced visit. She needs to be removed from family court before she ruins more lives! She never listened to the child or the psychiatrist evaluations.
