Doesn't put child first! Definitely doesn't look at evidence like police reports and is quite arrogant about her not having to following the law . She's awful, a monster. Definitely not worthy of wearing a robe. Hope she burns in hell.

Is Extremely Biased against men. Causes litigants extreme pain and suffering, especially denying them their children, for profit. Does not do whats in the best interest of children! Should not be a judge!

Highly condescending, assumes facts not in evidence, denied continuance/forced a party who was left without counsel due to surprise death of counsel to defend themselves on a motion to show cause from which they faced the possibility of jail time despite an admitted expectation that the defending the facts alleged to oppose a motion to show cause could be self-incriminating and put a litigant in the Hobbesian choice of providing a potentially self-incriminating statement without counsel after having requested to wait for counsel or forfeiting the right to be heard and present a defense to the show cause hearing motion. Instead, Judge Marquis simply ordered defendant to not present his side due to his being pro se and then using that to find against him and order a show cause hearing. Judge Marquis also decided other substantive issues affecting the defendant's rights explicitly based upon a presumption of the allegations defendant was precluded from defending against due to not having advice about managing potentially self-incriminating statements, which were relied on ahead of the evidentiary hearing.
