Reckless abuser of constitutional rights; objectively partial to plaintiffs and lawyer-represented parties. As a pro se party like myself, you will never get a just decision before Judge Coughlin, unless perhaps you are female. John Coughlin has even written orders openly contradicting his honest impressions he verbally declared at trial. Go look at and compare any three random orders he's ever written in a civil case in the last few years and you will be shocked at what you find. It's all the same formulaic non-sense, down to the very same general, nondescript legal phrases and key words, and is honestly suggestive of high-functioning autism. This judge is a disgrace to the legal community.
