Judge Rivas is the opposite of Justice. Needs to be investigated for not following law and gaslighting the record to benefit certain lawyers.

Judge Rivas is impulsive, short-tempered and obtuse, once he's determined which side he "likes" better. He tends to side with whomever has the most expensive attorneys in civil matters and exhibits a palpable disdain for the poor, weak and ill. He gets visibly upset when any litigant "gives him work," or , in other words, seeks help from the Justice System, known as our Courts.

He also seems to lack the sufficient intelligence or curiosity to appreciate any argument or concept that is even the slightest but nuanced. Things are always black and white for him.

He should be suspended and never ever be a judge.

He is biased, rude, ignorant, uneducated, and lacks the rudimentary tools it takes be even a low-level judge.

This judge hates pro se counsels and will side with law firms. Judge Rivas allowed an attorney to insult my wife and children because they are Russian. Do not expect brilliance when sitting below Rivas. Don't quit teach those judges in Middlesex County that there is law and in the end the law will prevail. The truth always bubbles up in the end. Psalm 21.
