Her swearing in ceremony is on the internet and it shows her crying when she's sworn in. Now, however, it is the people of New York City who are crying over her taking the bench. I'm doing this 30 years and she takes the cake for being the most absolute biggest piece of s--- to ever preside over all of us.

An embarrassment to our court system. We have motions pending before her with birthdays and these are not complex motions. Where is the Administrative Judge and what is she doing?

She is useless and a mean sob. It is apparent why she wanted to be a judge: Two hundred thousand a year, no rent, no staff salaries to pay, no health insurance payments, no electric, no postage, no office supplies, free parking and no one to answer to. What does she do in return? ABSOLUTELY GODDAM NOTHING.

I've been practicing some 30 years and she is in the top five for 1) nastiness, 2)laziness and 3)does not know the law, both procedural and substantive. When is the OCA going to do spot checks on judges' the way they do on lawyers to get rid of judges' like her? She takes from the taxpayer $208,000.00 a year for being a good for nothing, except to make everyone miserable who has to deal with this incompetent nobody.

In 22 years of practicing law in every court in NYC, I have never come across a judge as rude, unprofessional and nasty as Lisa Headley. She cant even handle a small claims trial and did not want to be bothered with it. Does not know trial practice or rules of evidence. She disagreed with me when I argued there has to be consideration in order for there to be a valid contract. I dont know whose butt she had to kiss to get the democratic party ok, but she has a poor temperment, little knowledge of the law and no business wearing a robe and sitting on the bench. A complete disgrace to the NY Bar and justice system.
