He is not EFFECTIVE or EFFICIENT and has poor punctuality....he gave me a court date and didnt ask if I was ok with it or available ??????

This judge conspires with the Children Law center attorney and his clerk to delay cases. The law clerk is not objective and frequently talks with and makes decisions with the Children's Law Attorney. They pick sides and then conspire against the other parent. You never get to see the judge again because your case is always being postponed. The judge does not follow established custody agreements and when you hire a lawyer, the clerk postpones your case, so you never see the judge again. IT was the worst experience in Judge Kusakabe's court and I hope he reads this.

This judge was given 15 years on the bench, with no election, after a very mediocre career as an 'attorney for the child'. He is a living fraud on the court. His cronyistic relationship with the Children's Law Center is a scandal. His new court attorney Sara Wang was employed with the CLC for 15 years and talks to her buddies there every day. How can the Unified Court System allow this conflict of interest? If the Commission for Judicial Conduct were not a kangaroo court for judges, they would investigate and disbar him.

Judge Kusakabe relies too much on clerk and biased Children's Law Center attorney, who conspires with the Law Secretary to delay cases, and not on the letter of the law... I will never understand his rulings... UNFAIR... His cases need to be reviewed..

Lazy and not fair. Gives far too much credence to the contemptable Children's Law Center attorney's for the child who false witness, testify, perjure themselves, meet exparte and conspire with his Law secretary. Delay cases is what he does. He should be closely monitored and removed from office.

Never looks at the witnesses, preferring to sit over his keyboard with his back to the courtroom; does not have one clue about rules of evidence. Highly prejudiced. Makes snide under-his-breath comments about parties. No regard for (or perhaps more charitably no knowledge of) the letter of the law. Takes forever to make the simplest decisions. Overall worst judge I've encountered in 30 years.

Incompetent, issuing orders accidentally; forgetting orders made in previous hearings. Prejudiced, hypocritical, bigoted, and with scant regard for the interests of the children he is supposed to be defending.
