This man took my rapist, wife-beating, child robbing, mentally ill husband's word as truth, and refused to consider testimoney by the thousands of members of my professional media, yoga, Queens Public School and Queens Public Library supporters. He should be taken off the bench!

Judge Dennis Lebwohl has a very-vague understanding of LAW and lack of supervision permits this disfunctional person to destroy children and their families. We are forced to Pay this So Called Judge Dennis Lebwohl per year $160,000.00 (a month $13,333.33 & per week $3,333.33 to Destroy and KILL our Children. Judge Dennis Lebwohl thrown off the civil court bench for his lack of law abilities and knowledge to perform.Therefore one must ask themselves why would upper management ,knowingly allow a mental and disfunctional judge Dennis Lebwohl to assume a sensitive family court position . Judge Dennis Lebwohl seems was to have been assigned and begin immediately Destroying and Killing large number of our blacks and hispanics young kids, With the aid of administration for children's services . Also this judge Dennis Lebwohl job of genocide seems to truly have the approval of his legal administrators/the legal system. therefore complaints to those in authority always fall on deaf ears. This judge is paid and instructed to destroy and kill
Kids and their families without fear of Reprisal.Again we're forced to waste our tax money on a Genocide judge position ,while leaving children"s and families lives in the hands of an ill-informed,disrespectful judge without the ability to make decision(s) regardless of the situation.

Judge Dennis Lebwohl seems to be a very- very disturbed man. In court when counsel (s) ask for a direct answer Lebwohl exhibit symptoms of neurosis or psychosis behavior. He is mentally unable to decipher legal ethical issues presented. He lacks a sense or desires any legal comprehension of the law relating to child custody or family law. His behavior became rather irritable when presented with an unprecedented legal matter of the great-grand mother seeking custody. Judge Dennis Lebwohl said since February 28, 2014, “I will not permit a great-grandmother custody. After his remarks we requested a withdrawal of application, he refused to grant the withdrawal. Judge Lebwohl needs to permanently be disbarred from law as soon as possible prior to his terms expiration 12/31/2015, before he put a child in a deadly situation. Contrary to Judge Lebwohl past disregard of his duties the pinnacle in family court must be the perseverance of our children LIFE. Judge Lebwohl horribly inefficient- lack of legal knowledge and his wasteful time should cause the legal powers to ACT. Everyone has been put on notice regarding Judge Dennis Lebwohl lack of LEGAL KNOWLEDGE and his inability to make decision. New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct should not knowingly gamble with ONE CHILDS LIFE TO KEEP a GOOD OLD boy on the JOB.

Judge Dennis Lebwohl forced transfer from Civil Court to Family Court has put a great many children life at risk and families in danger . judge Lebwohl is a huge leaking poisonous Gas Tank purposely placed Inside the family court system to" degrade and destroy childrens, family members, and all counsels opposing the judges Bias unlawful performance. Judge Lebwohl lack of legal knowledge, manic episode and irritable mood swings render him unable to make legally binding decisions.

This judge received a vote of no confidence from the Bar. It is clear why he received such a vote. He was transferred from Civil Court to Family Court, and was the highest paid judge in New York last year. He cannot make a decision, and thus should not be a judge. He voids a litigant's right to appeal by simply not deciding -- which really is a decision against the motion applicant. He ignores multiple motions and leaves them without decision, yet somehow those motions get marked as decided in the QFC system. He seems afraid of appeal, and does everything to void your right to it. He has no basic understanding of family law. He is biased, and treats pro se litigants in an awful manner. He ignores the law blatantly. He needs a very competent law clerk.
