Apparently does not read a single motion document before hearing oral argument. For any case on the entire motion calendar that I sat through. Asks attorneys questions and then cuts them off before they can get five words out. She has no real interest in hearing the attorneys' arguments. Has an impolite, degrading demeanor.

An excellent, even handed Judge in Kings County can be difficult to find, but fortunately we have Judge Levine to bring fairness and integrity to the Court system and give litigants confidence in a fair system. Also, she has a sense of humor, which makes the experience going before her that much better.

Didn't read the the thick stack of motion papers. Dismissed case with short form order, without giving any reasons. Has no knowledge of personal injury law.
