` Completed a lengthy jury trial before Judge Fish. With 40 years of practice, and appearing before many judges, I will state his temperament, scholarship and skills as a trial judge are excellent. While his prior experience is primarily in criminal law, nevertheless he was open to listening, doing his own research and always willing to consider arguments and legal authority presented by all Counsel. Jurors loved him and his demeanor in the courtroom. Outstanding temperament toward all, counsel, clients, witnesses and jurors.
