Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:10.0
Comments:
I was very pleased to have appeared before Judge Kim in a simple consumer breach of contract case. She has a pleasant demeanor, displays no partiality to either side, and decides matters promptly.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NY10647
Rating:2.4
Comments:
Had this judge for a fee dispute. You decide: One side did all work until after plaintiff EBT. Other side did defendant ebt, motions, sett conferences and settlement. Kim decided in an 20/80 division of fees with 20% going to the 1st attorney. The 1st attorney would have gotten more if they simply referred the case to the 2nd. This judge has zero knowledge of handling a PI case. Just is dumb for that matter
