Judge Militello seems to be a very knowledgeable, thorough, and committed jurist that Hudson County is fortunate to have on the bench.

I appeared before this Judge a few times before. He is rude, arrogant, disrespectful and if you ask me, narcissistic. He definitely does NOT have the temperament to be a judge. He absolutely does not care about doing justice. The only thing he cares about is HIMSELF!

I see a lot of judges and rarely post reviews. This judge was exemplary. Good attitude. Punctual. Respectful. Practical. Couldn't ask for better.

He is a thorough man and one who reads! He is fair and knows the law. He is obviously not part of any "network". He took an oath and serves the cause of law enforcement and justice seeker. He knows the difference between winning a case and seeking justice.

Judge Militello is arrogant, rude and has a very short fuse. He is very abusive behavior toward the bar and does not have the temperament to be judge. He is not too bright or care to know the law either.
