Judge Carroll has the knowledge and experience to make a huge impact on the legal process and the implementation of justice; however, in more than one instance, I have seen Judge Carroll refuse to upset the apple cart.

I only chose worst because he sits on the bench and knowing does not follow the law for the benefit of the bank institutions. Will not disturb other judges rulings also knowing that they are obviously wrong as a matter of law and therefore not look at additionly evidence that confirms the a wrongful fraudulent ruling.
