Judge Hogan just got sent to Chancery, and that's a good thing. He's one of those guys who gets better and better as he goes along. He learns and improves. He is fair, and he listens. Appreciates solutions and resolutions of conflict, and is therefore well-suited to Chancery. Works with counsel to achieve closure. Once he ruled against me, and while I think he was wrong, I could see that he tried.
