A judge, who has been suspended by the Bar, should not be allowed to make decisions about other people's lives and their children's lives. This judge does not know family law, does not know procedural law, and is an arrogant human being. Take him off the bench, please!

This man is extremely inappropriate as a Judge. He does not fact check with evidence. He was removed from one County and sent to preside over DV cases and ridiculed the person who was beat in front of the abuser.

I have worked with Judge Council for over 20 years. I find him to be a highly qualified judge. I think many of his so called collegues find negative in him because he does not tolerate their nonsense. I really am dissappointed in this judical committee that is persecuting him. As to the incident at hand, it is utter lies by a band of court staff that we forced to do their jobs. Evaluate, critic and penalize them. Stand stron Judge Council!

Church Council has to be the worst Judge in New Jersey. Is arrogance is exceeded only by his ignorance. The judiciary is a game for him to inflate his ego. He has several ethics complaints against him which are consistent with my observations of him in court. He is one judge the fall of the prosecutor and the defense bar disdain. Avoid this Judge at all cost.

Judge Council is one of the most volatile and unprofessional judges I have ever appeared before. He is arrogant and condescending. He is concisely ranked as poor by the bar.
