Judge Kent stripped me of all access to marital assets,left me impoverished without an attorney Awarded sole custody of my children to an abusive parent Paid "Therapeutic supervised visitation" to me -without ANY allegations against me. The "court appointed" therapist- colluded with the abusive parent in attempts to "alienate" the children from me and denied me access to my children. (they got caught and now are under investigation by their licensing board) Kent ordered the marital home to be sold,appointed a receiver and the house was listed by none other than Judge William J Kents WIFE!!!! This judge should be barred from the bench. He was not impartial. He allowed behaviors in his court that no other judge would allow. He fell asleep during testimoney.

I just left Judge Kent's courtroom, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. While I'm upset by the comments below, at least I know I'm not alone. I thought maybe I was paranoid, but it turns out that my instinct rules again. I now understand evil, and evil is a word/concept that I don't believe in. Taking a child away from a parent is always wrong. To chose to rule against children is evil; I can't believe there are people so despicable. Very often they forget that there is a downside -- they forget that there is a law that they cannot escape.

Judge Kent is an evil, nasty, vile, prejudiced, punitive angry, abusive individual. He reminds me of Scrooge.
He has difficulty hiding these faults in the courtroom. He openly favors men over women. He shows a lack of caring that places him well within the range of a psychopath. He has zero empathy for anyone except himself. He has no conscience concerning the women and children he has harmed. He believes in the "pay to play" philosophy. He is a money-hungry, materialistic scumbag who sells out the well-being of small children to enrich himself personally.

Biased - allowed a ridiculous divorce to drag on for years - my ex was mandated by our divorce agreement to sign documents - the judge allowed him to refuse. I had to go back to court just to get the right to sell the house that was legally mine from the divorce. He should be forced to retire. He is nods off on the bench, doesn't read the motions, hasn't a clue what is going on, and then still renders a decision.

This judge gave custody of a child to a convicted felon,drug user and falsifying records to protect the drug user and felon so she could get child support to support her addiction. Mr. Deedy was was the leader of the pack along with the law guardian. They are all criminals...we need to band together to put them all in gail. JMJ

I agree with each posted comment!!! We can not ALL be wrong. Chas Cancellare, Jennifer Campbell to name a few are active receivers on his Pay Roll. Mr. Kent apparently is receiving grafts, kick backs from many of his court appointed puppets. What a disgrace.
Deedy is a large contributor to the MESS within Mr. Kent's playpen. "In God We Trust" should be replaced with "Disney" regarding this BASTARDS Court......

This judge only likes a few lawyers that do not make him work. He does not like women, and he does not give mothers enough money to feed their children. He decides his cases based upon the misstatements of certain lawyers that can protect him from his ridiculous decisions (or should we say Matthew Deedy's decisions). He is awful. If you have a problem in need of resolution, run, don't walk, from this judge, as he takes pleasure in ruining the lives of litigants. If you are poor, run twice as fast. He hates the poor and he has no respect for the poor. He ruins their lives. He does not use honest law guardians or forensics to get a fair assessment. The people that this judge uses reflect his pompous nature -- what they do comes from the top. If you are in need of some counseling or help, he will make fun of you. He should not be on the bench.

Awful judge who removes children from their mother's care for no reason other than malice. States things on one record contrary to what is stated on another record. His legal secretary really runs the show. He is arrogant and has no knowledge of the law. Threatens those who advocate. Judge Kent ruins families by using shoddy forensics for business and children's custody. The forensics people get their business and guidance from the captain of the ship. You will sink here; and the captain will jump first -- settle and run unless you are represented by the judge's few pets. And then watch your back, because the pets can be told to go against you just as fast as they advocate for you.
